Ice Skating at Bear Mountain State Park with the Kids of St. Basil's Academy

We will be leaving St Spyridon after service - at about 12:15 PM to meet at Bear MT. Ice Skating rink.
Ice Skating at Bear Mountain State Park
DATE : Saturday, February 13 , 2010
TIME : Meet at BEAR MOUNTAIN ICE SKATING RINK at 1:30pm
2:00 - 3:30 pm ice skating session 4 pm - return to the Academy for on-campus fun (optional - to be advised)
Important: (Be sure I have your cell or contact # in case of cancellation or change of plans due to weather - final decision will be made at 12 Noon on Feb 13th))
• Dress accordingly - it is an outdoor ice skating rink
• ALTERNATE OPTION: Feel free to have lunch and/or meet at the Academy to car pool to Bear Mt State Park, which has a $7 per car parking charge . (Let me know in advance)

If you have any questions about Bear Mountain, contact them directly at 845-786-2701 . It is located at the intersection of the Palisades Parkway and Route 9W (near the Bear Mt Bridge).
Attached are directions to both the Academy and Bear Mountain.
PRICES QUOTED:
ADULT: $4
CHILDREN: $3
NON-SKATERS or SENIORS: $2
(SMALLEST CHILDREN SKATE SIZE IS SIZE 8. THEY DO NOT HAVE DOUBLE-BLADED SKATES)

If you would prefer to ALSO have lunch with the children instead of just meeting at St Spyridon or the Bear Mountain Ice Skating rink
Lunch is at 12 Noon at St Basil Academy. There will also be a short church service from 10-11 AM at St Basil Academy-please let me know
